Welcome

Offload is the online counselling practice of Helen Glatt (MBACP).  I'm a qualified face to face and online counsellor and member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy.  You can look me up (by surname) in the BACP therapists directory.

If you're feeling depressed, insecure or generally stuck or you're having problems in your relationships, online counselling can help you explore your feelings and thoughts from the comfort and privacy of your own space.  Using encrypted emails, we'll join forces to look at the areas that are troubling you and I'll support and encourage you to find new ways of reflecting on and resolving your issues.  You don't need to be a great writer, nor a technology expert, but you will need internet access and a free Safe-mail account.

If you'd like to try online counselling, my first emailed counselling response to you is FREE.

You can quickly set up your free encrypted email account at  www.Safe-mail.net

You can then send me a secure email sharing your current problems and a little about your background to: offload@Safe-mail.net and I'll email you back within 24-48 hours.

For registered clients wishing to pay for your latest session, please click  PAYMENT.

Please read Try online counselling for more about how to begin your counselling journey or feel free to  contact me for more information.  Once you've received your first free response from me, if you decide you'd like to continue, my fee is £25 per session and you're in charge of how often and for how long you engage in the online counselling process.

It's important that your privacy is protected, so please read the What is online counselling? page for information about safeguards, encryption and privacy protection. If you have a history of mental illness, it is advisable to see a specialist face to face.  If you have thoughts about suicide, hurting yourself or others please consult your doctor or visit these websites: www.samaritans.org.uk or www.befrienders.org
