Offload is the online counselling practice of Helen Glatt Dip. Couns. MBACP (BACP therapists directory)

If you're feeling depressed, insecure or generally stuck or you're having problems in your relationships, online counselling can help you explore your feelings and thoughts from the comfort and privacy of your own space. Using encrypted emails, I'll join forces with you to look at the areas that are troubling you and support and encourage you to find new ways of reflecting on and resolving your issues.
If you're considering online counselling, please read Try online counselling for more about how to begin. You don't need to be a great writer, nor a technology expert, but you will need a free Safe-mail account.
You can then send me a se
cure email describing your current problems and a little about your background to: offload@Safe-mail.net and I'll email you back within 24-48 hours. My first emailed counselling response to you is free. If you're on a low income or unwaged, I may be able to offer a reduced rate. If you'd like more information, please contact me.
FEES & PAYMENTS Once we've both agreed we'd like to work together, my fee is £25 per session, payable by Paypal/Google checkout.
For registered clients wishing to pay for your latest session please go to the payment links on the 'Try online counselling' page.
It's important that your privacy is protected, so please read 'Try online counselling?' for information about safeguards, encryption and privacy protection.
Please note - for legal and insurance reasons I am unable to work with clients who are under 21 and with clients who reside outside the UK. For alternative sources of support, please have a look at the useful links section.
Online counselling is not appropriate if you have thoughts about suicide or are at risk of hurting yourself or others. Please consult your doctor or visit these websites: www.samaritans.org.uk or www.befrienders.org If you are a vulnerable adult* or have a history of mental illness, it is advisable to see a specialist face to face.
*A Vulnerable Adult is a person aged 18 or over, 'who is or may be in need of community care services by reason of mental or other disability, age or illness and who is, or may be unable to take care of him or herself or unable to protect him or herself against significant harm or exploitation'.
